The cold-drawn seamless pipe is adopted, in which the round steel is perforated to become a capillary, and the round steel is finally turned into a steel pipe by the operation of pickling, starting and cold-drawing, etc. This is called cold-drawing pipe, and the pipe pulled out by cold-drawing process is also called cold-drawing tube.
Standard:API, ASTM, DIN, GB, JIS
OD: 25 - 356 mm
WT:2 - 100 mm
End Shape:Beveled end , plain end, varnished, or adding plastic caps to protect the two ends as per customer’s requirements
The production process of cold-drawn seamless steel pipe is as follows:
round tube billet → heating → perforating → heading → anneal → pickling → oiling (copper plating) → multi-pass cold drawing (cold rolling) → billet tube → heat treatment → straightening → hydrostatic test (flaw detection) → marking → warehousing.
Cold drawing Seamless pipe, the products are widely used in municipal engineering, water supply pipeline, sewage discharge, heating network, gas network, coal mine, ventilation pipeline, construction engineering, steel structure, piling, bridge, wharf and other fields.
