High pressure bends can be divided into three types according to the type of parts. The first type is high pressure pipe fittings with variable diameters. The axis is a straight line or a two-dimensional curve with a small bending degree. The cross-section shape is mostly circular or rectangular, because of the great difference in the circumference of the fittings or sections. High pressure pipe forming process:
The production process of hot rolling (extruding high pressure bends): round tube billet is heated and perforated with three high cross rolling, continuous rolling or extruding pipe is fixed diameter (or reducing diameter), cooling and straightening water pressure test (or flaw detection) is put into storage.
The raw material of rolling high pressure bend pipe is round tube billet, the round tube embryo must be cut by cutting machine to grow the billet of about one meter, and send it to the furnace through conveyer to heat. The billet is heated in a furnace at about 1200 ℃. The fuel is hydrogen or acetylene. Temperature control in furnace is a key problem. The high-pressure tube billet shall pass through the pressure piercing machine after the tube billet comes out.
Generally, the common perforating machine is conical roller piercing machine, which has high production efficiency, good product quality, large perforation and expanding diameter, and can be used in many kinds of high pressure pipe fittings. After perforation, high-pressure bend tube billet has been three-high cross-rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion.
The diameter of the tube should be removed after extrusion. The sizing machine rotates through the cone bit at high speed and punches into the steel embryo to form high-pressure pipe fittings. The inner diameter of the high-pressure pipe fittings is determined by the outside diameter length of the drill bit of the sizing machine.
After the pipe fitting is fixed, it enters the cooling tower and is cooled by water spray. After cooling, the pipe fitting will be straightened. After straightening, the fittings are sent to metal flaw detector (or hydraulic test) by conveyer for internal flaw detection. If there are cracks, bubbles and other problems inside the pipe, will be detected.
The technological process of cold drawing (rolling) high pressure bend pipe: round tube billet is heated and perforated and the head is annealed with acid pickling oil (copper plating) and several times cold drawing (cold rolling) billet tube heat treatment and straightening water pressure test (flaw detection) mark is put into storage.
