JIS G3445 Carbon Steel Tubes
Carbon steel pipes can be divided into seamless steel pipe, straight seam steel pipe, spiral steel pipe, high frequency welded steel pipe, etc.
Carbon steel tubes are divided into hot rolled and cold rolled (drawn) steel pipes.
The general carbon steel pipe is made of hot rolled or cold rolled alloy steel such as 10, 20, 30, 35, 45 high quality carbon steel 16Mn, 5MnV and other low alloy structural steels or 40Cr, 30CrMnSi, 45Mn2, 40MnB and other alloy steels. Seamless pipes made of low carbon steel such as 10 and 20 are mainly used for fluid conveying pipes. 45, 40Cr and other medium carbon steel seamless pipe for manufacturing mechanical parts, such as cars and tractors of the force parts. Carbon steel pipes are generally used to ensure strength and flattening tests. Hot rolled steel pipes are delivered in hot rolling or heat treatment; cold rolling is delivered in heat treatment.
JIS G3445 Carbon Steel Tubes meet the JIS G3445 standard and are suitable for carbon steel pipes for machinery, automobiles, bicycles, furniture, appliances and other mechanical parts
carbon steel specifications are expressed in outer diameter * millimeter wall thickness.
Cold drawn (rolled) carbon steel seamless pipe: a perforated tube round → heating → → → annealing → pickling → Heading oiled (copper) → multi-pass drawing (cold) → blank tube straightening → heat treatment → → hydrostatic testing (testing) → storage → labeled
